No Limitation as to Reimbursement. Nothing in this Section 2.11 is intended to limit the reimbursement obligation of the Borrower contained in Section 2.10 hereof. The obligations of the Borrower under this Section 2.11 shall survive the termination of this Agreement. No act or omissions of any current or prior beneficiary of a Letter of Credit shall in any way affect or impair the rights of the Agent to enforce any right, power or benefit under this Agreement.
