NO LIMITATION FOR FRAUD ETC. Nothing in this Schedule 8 shall have the effect of limiting or restricting any liability of any Seller or Warrantor in respect of a Claim arising as a result of any fraud, wilful misconduct or wilful concealment by or on behalf of that Seller or Warrantor.
