No Limitation on Actions as Director. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to, or shall be construed to, prohibit the Shareholder from taking any action in his capacity as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors or from exercising his her fiduciary duties as a member of the Company’s Board of Directors.
