No Limitation on Administrative Agent. Nothing in this Amendment shall be deemed in any way to limit or restrict Administrative Agent’s or any Lender’s rights to seek in a bankruptcy court or any other court of competent jurisdiction, any relief Administrative Agent or any Lender may deem appropriate in the event that there is an Event of Default continuing pursuant to Section 7.1(e) of the Credit Agreement.
