Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed in any way to limit or restrict any of Administrative Agent’s and Lenders’ rights to seek in a bankruptcy court or any other court of competent jurisdiction, any relief Administrative Agent may deem appropriate in the event that a voluntary or involuntary petition under any Bankruptcy Law is filed by or against any Borrower.
