No Limitation on Authority of Board. As is provided in Section 3.15, nothing contained in this Agreement (and nothing contained in this Section 2.6) shall in any way limit the right of the Holding Company or the Bank to discharge the Executive with or without Cause or to limit the access of the Executive to the premises or assets of the Bank or the Holding Company.
