No Limitation on Certain Claims. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, subject to the Sellers’ Cap, Sellers shall be entitled to dollar-for-dollar indemnification from the first dollar and shall not be subject to Buyer’s Basket, or any limit on Damages, or any limitation as to time in seeking indemnification, with respect to Damages under: (i) Section 6.2(a) relating to a breach of the representations and warranties set forth in Sections 3.1 and 3.2; or (ii) Sections 6.2(b) and (c).
