No Limitation on Remedies. Except where this Agreement states that the applicable remedy set forth herein is the sole or exclusive remedy (or words of similar import) for such event, the rights and remedies of the Parties with respect to this Agreement in relation to such event are in addition to, and shall not be read or deemed a limitation on, those rights and remedies that may be available to a Party at law or in equity.
