Nothing in this Article shall affect the right of the Agent or any Bank to serve process in any other manner permitted by law or limit the right of the Agent or any Bank to bring proceedings against any Borrower in the courts of the jurisdiction of the Bank's Lending Office or the courts of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions in which such Borrower has any assets.
