No Limitation on Service or Suit. Nothing in any Credit Document shall affect the right of the Administrative Agent or any Bank to serve process in any other manner permitted by law or limit the right of the Administrative Agent or any Bank to bring any suit, action, proceeding, claim or counterclaim against the Company or its properties in the courts of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
