No Limitation on Service or Suit. Nothing contained in the Loan Documents or in any modification, waiver, consent or amendment thereto shall affect the right of the Bank to serve process in any manner permitted by law or limit the right of the Bank to bring proceedings against the Borrower in the courts of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
