No Limitation on Service or Suit. Nothing in this Section 4.07 shall affect the right of the Agent or any Bank to serve process in any other manner permitted by law or limit the right of the Agent or any Bank to bring proceeding against the Guarantor in the courts of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions.
