No Limitation on Service or Suit. Nothing in this Section 22 shall affect the right of any holder of the Notes to serve process in any manner permitted by law or limit the right of any holder of the Notes to bring proceedings against the Company or any Issuer Subsidiary in the courts of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions or to enforce in any lawful manner a judgment obtained in one jurisdiction in any other jurisdiction.
