No Limitations of Remedies. Adopter Beneficiary’s exercise of its right to make an Adopter Beneficiary Claim under this section 11.3 shall not constitute an election against any statutory or other non-contractual remedy against Content Distributor which may be available to such Adopter Beneficiary for the same act that gave rise to the Adopter Beneficiary Claim.
