No Liquidation or Dissolution. Without the prior written direction by the Trustee pursuant to Section 9.1 or Section 9.2 of the Indenture, as applicable, no Equityholder shall take any action to liquidate, dissolve or terminate the Issuer, or to authorize or cause any such liquidation, dissolution or termination, until all of the Secured Obligations are paid in full.
