No Loss of Unvested Benefits. The transfer of any ATMCo Group Employee’s employment to the ATMCo Group will not result in loss of that ATMCo Group Employee’s unvested benefits (if any) under the NCR 401(k) Plan, which benefit liability will be assumed under the ATMCo 401(k) Plan as provided herein.
