No Make-ReadyWork Require Sample Clauses

No Make-ReadyWork Require dIf AT&T determines that no Make-ReadyWork is required, AT&T shall approve Applications for Pole attachment and Conduit Occupancy Licenses and issue such Licenses within twenty (20) business days after the determination has been made that no Make- ReadyWork is required, but in no event later than 45 days after AT&T receives Licensee’s Application, which period shall exclude any time AT&T is awaiting a response from Licensee.
