No Make-Whole Amount. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 2.10(b), Section 2.11, Section 2.13 and any other provision of this Trust Indenture, no Make-Whole Amount shall be payable in connection with the redemption or purchase of the Secured Certificates of any Series if such redemption or purchase occurs on or after the Make-Whole Termination Date for such Series.
