No Manufacturing Clause Samples

The "No Manufacturing" clause prohibits a party from producing, assembling, or otherwise manufacturing certain goods or products, typically those covered by the agreement. In practice, this means the party cannot create or replicate the specified items, whether for their own use, for sale, or for distribution, unless explicitly permitted. This clause is commonly used to protect intellectual property rights or to ensure that only authorized manufacturers are involved, thereby preventing unauthorized production and safeguarding the interests of the rights holder.
