There are no outstanding obligations owing by any of Iowa Corp or the Iowa Tribe or affecting the Gaming Facility Site or the Project, whether arising from contracts, instruments, orders, judgments, decrees or otherwise, that are likely to materially and adversely affect the Project or the obligations or rights of Lakes Management under any of the Transaction Documents to which it is a party.
