No Member Responsible for Other Member’s Commitment. In the event that a Member (or a Member's shareholders, partners, members, owners, or affiliates) has incurred any indebtedness or obligation before the date of this Agreement that relates to or otherwise affects the Company, neither the Company nor any other Member has any liability or responsibility with respect to the indebtedness or obligation unless the indebtedness or obligation is assumed by the Company pursuant to a written instrument signed by all Members. Furthermore, neither the Company nor any Member is responsible or liable for any indebtedness or obligation that is subsequently incurred by any other Member (or a Member's shareholder, partners, members, owners, or affiliates).
