No Merger of Leasehold and Fee Estates. For as long as any Leasehold Mortgage is in existence, there shall be no merger of this Lease and the leasehold estate created hereby and the fee estate of Landlord in the Premises merely because both estates have been acquired or become vested in the same person or entity, unless Leasehold Mortgagee otherwise consents in writing.
