No merger of security. (a) Nothing in this agreement merges, extinguishes, postpones, lessens or otherwise prejudicially affects: (1) any Encumbrance or indemnity in favour of any Finance Party; or (2) any Power. (b) No other Encumbrance or Transaction Document which a Finance Party has the benefit of in any way prejudicially affects any Power.
