NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. Tetra Tech International Development is under no obligation to purchase a minimum quantity of Services from the Service Provider during the Term.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. The Supplier acknowledges that neither the State nor State Agencies are under any obligation to purchase a minimum quantity or level of Deliverables from the Supplier during the Term.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. Xxxxxx is under no obligation to purchase a minimum quantity of Services from the Service Provider during the Term.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. The Principal is under no obligation to purchase a minimum quantity of Goods or Services from the Contractor during the Term.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. (a) Nothing in the Contract obliges the Company to request or acquire any minimum volume of Goods from the Supplier.
(b) Any estimated quantities or forecast supply of Goods contained in the Contract is purely a non-binding estimate provided for informational purposes only and the Company makes no representation or warranty as to any minimum quantity of Goods that it will acquire from the Supplier.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. Buyer is not obligated to any minimum purchase or future purchase obligations under this Order.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. Nothing in this Agreement obliges the Company to acquire any minimum number or amount of the Goods from the Supplier.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. This Agreement shall not be construed as a purchase order for any Products. Motorola is under no obligation to place orders for any minimum quantity of products. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Motorola will use reasonable commercial efforts to promote Company products and in the spirit of this Agreement, Motorola has purchased two (2) demo/lab systems.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. Biovest acknowledges that AYTU will have no obligation to purchase any minimum level of Services, except as may be set forth in the applicable Project Addendum.
NO MINIMUM PURCHASE. Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Agreement, this Agreement does not require USAA to make a request for or purchase any minimum amount of any product or services, nor does it require ZAG to provide any of the same.
