Supplier’s Representative. 7.1 The Supplier shall appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Supplier Representative as named in Schedule 1 who shall be empowered to act on behalf of the Supplier for all purposes connected with this Agreement. Such appointment or any further appointment shall be subject to the approval of the Company. The Supplier’s Representative shall not be replaced without prior written approval of the Company, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld. Any notice, information, instruction or other communication given to the Supplier's Representative or his duly appointed deputy shall be deemed to have been given to the Supplier.
7.2 The Supplier shall forthwith give notice in writing to the Company's Representative of the identity, address and telephone numbers of any person appointed as the Supplier's Representative and of any subsequent appointment.
7.3 The Supplier shall forthwith give notice in writing to the Company's Representative of the identity, address and telephone numbers of any person authorised to act for any short temporary period as deputy for the Supplier's Representative and when such deputy ceases to be so authorised.
7.4 The Supplier shall ensure that the Supplier's Representative or his deputy is available to meet the Company's Representative at all reasonable times. The Supplier shall submit to the Company a list of any personnel appointed to supervise each area of work and shall inform the Company within five working days if there are any changes to that list.
Supplier’s Representative. 28.01 The Company will endeavour to ensure that salesmen, other than those working for greeting card companies, book and magazine vendors, cosmetic companies, potato chip companies, Pharmasales, or their successors, shall not perform bargaining unit work normally performed by clerks. However, the above-mentioned company salesmen may order and reset merchandise, and select merchandise for return or credit.
28.02 It is agreed that the total bargaining unit hours in a store will not be reduced solely as a direct result of the use of any of the supplier salesmen listed above.
Supplier’s Representative. The Supplier’s representative (i.e. Account Manager or Project Manager, whichever is applicable), will be responsible for, amongst others, the following: management, administration, monitoring and supervision of the Services or execution of the Project; ensuring that the Services or Project (whichever is applicable) are rendered or executed in accordance with the Standards of Performance (if any) as well as in accordance with the Scope; Quality Assurance of the Services or Project; facilitation of any consents or approvals required from the Customer; and certification of Services rendered or payment milestones achieved, whichever is applicable. The Supplier’s representative will ensure that lawful and reasonable Instructions received from the Customer are executed. Any corrective action and improvements recommended by the Customer and agreed with the Supplier will be implemented by the Supplier’s representative within the time frame agreed between the Parties from time to time.

Supplier’s Representative. 1The Supplier’s Representative is named in the SCC.
Supplier’s Representative. 18.2.1 If the Supplier’s Representative is not named in the Contract, then within fourteen (14) days of the Effective Date, the Supplier shall appoint the Supplier’s Representative and shall request the Purchaser in writing to approve the person so appointed. The request must be accompanied by a detailed curriculum vitae for the nominee, as well as a description
18.2.2 of any other System or non-System responsibilities the nominee would retain while performing the duties of the Supplier’s Representative. If the Purchaser does not object to the appointment within fourteen (14) days, the Supplier’s Representative shall be deemed to have been approved. If the Purchaser objects to the appointment within fourteen (14) days giving the reason therefore, then the Supplier shall appoint a replacement within fourteen (14) days of such objection in accordance with this GCC Clause 18.2.1.
18.2.3 Subject to the extensions and/or limitations specified in the SCC (if any), the Supplier’s Representative shall have the authority to represent the Supplier on all day-to-day matters relating to the System or arising from the Contract. The Supplier’s Representative shall give to the Project Manager all the Supplier’s notices, instructions, information, and all other communications under the Contract. All notices, instructions, information, and all other communications given by the Purchaser or the Project Manager to the Supplier under the Contract shall be given to the Supplier’s Representative or, in its absence, its deputy, except as otherwise provided for in this Contract.
18.2.4 The Supplier shall not revoke the appointment of the Supplier’s Representative without the Purchaser’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. If the Purchaser consents to such an action, the Supplier shall appoint another person of equal or superior qualifications as the Supplier’s Representative, pursuant to the procedure set out in GCC Clause 18.2.1.
18.2.5 The Supplier’s Representative and staff are obliged to work closely with the Purchaser’s Project Manager and staff, act within their own authority, and abide by directives issued by the Purchaser that are consistent with the terms of the Contract. Supplier’s Representative. The Supplier shall ensure that at all times there is a responsible person who shall act as the Supplier’s representative and be available at all reasonable times for consultation on behalf of the Supplier in connection with any matter arising under the Contract.

Supplier’s Representative. 21.1 The Supplier’s Representative shall be the Supplier’s Director of Client Operations or such other person appointed pursuant to this clause 21 (Supplier’s Representative). To the extent that it is reasonably possible the Supplier shall not change the identity of the Supplier’s Representative without first discussing the matter with the Authority and having reasonable regard to the views of the Authority in relation to any proposed replacement.
21.2 The Supplier’s Representative shall be empowered to act on behalf of the Supplier for all purposes connected with this Agreement, the performance of the Services and the exercise of rights, functions and obligations of the Supplier under this Agreement.
21.3 Any notice, information, instruction or other communication given or made to the Supplier’s Representative shall be deemed to have been given or made to the Supplier;
21.4 Forthwith give notice to the Authorised Officer of the identity, address and telephone numbers of the person appointed as Supplier’s Representative and of any subsequent appointment;
21.5 Forthwith give notice to the Authorised Officer of the identity, address and telephone numbers of any person authorised to act for any period as deputy for the Supplier’s Representative; and
21.6 Ensure that the Supplier’s Representative, or a competent deputy, or such other nominated person authorised to act on behalf of the Supplier, is available to the Authorised Officer in person at all reasonable times during which the Service is provided.
