No Miracle Solicitation Clause Samples
The No Miracle Solicitation clause prohibits one party from soliciting or attempting to hire employees, contractors, or clients of the other party during a specified period, typically during and sometimes after the term of an agreement. This clause often applies to both direct and indirect solicitation, covering actions such as making job offers, recruiting, or otherwise encouraging individuals or entities to leave their current relationship. No Miracle Solicitation. Any invitations to listeners to meet at places other than the church and/or to attend other than regular services of the church is prohibited if the invitation, meeting or service contains any claim that miracles, cures or prosperity will result.
