Common use of No Misrepresentations or Implied Covenants Clause in Contracts

No Misrepresentations or Implied Covenants. All written information Member submits to the Network Administrator about the Member’s Home Resort, Member, Member’s owners (if Member is an entity), or the finances of any such person or entity, was or will be at the time delivered and when Member signs the Network Participation Agreement, true, accurate and complete, and such information contains no misrepresentation of a material fact, and does not omit any material fact necessary to make the information disclosed not misleading under the circumstances. There are no express or implied covenants or warranties, oral or written, between the Network Administrator and Member except as expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions.
