No Mitigation or Offset. The Executive shall not be required to seek other employment or to reduce any severance benefit payable to him under Section 7 hereof, and, except as provided in Section 7(a)(iv) hereof, no such severance benefit shall be reduced on account of any compensation received by the Executive from other employment. The Company's obligation to pay severance benefits under this Agreement shall not be reduced by any amount owed by the Executive to the Company.
