Common use of No Mitigations Clause in Contracts

No Mitigations. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the Executive shall not be required to mitigate the amount of any payment provided for in Section 5 by seeking other employment or otherwise, nor, except under coordination of benefit rules in connection with certain welfare benefits under Section 5(e), shall the amount of any payment or benefit provided for in Section 5 hereof be reduced by any compensation earned by the Executive as the result of employment by another employer or by retirement benefits after the Date of Termination of employment, or otherwise.
