NO MODIFICATION OR TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT. If the documents evidencing and securing a Qualified Loan require the consent of the Qualified Lender to any amendment or modification of this Agreement which materially affects such Qualified Lender, no such amendment or modification of this Agreement shall be binding or effective unless such Qualified Lender shall have consented in writing thereto.
