No Modification, Rescission or Cancellation. It shall not permit any amendment, waiver, modification, rescission or cancellation of any Loan, except in accordance with its Credit and Collection Policy, as required by Requirements of Law or as ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction or other Governmental Authority.
