Common use of No Modification to Contracts Clause in Contracts

No Modification to Contracts. Seller shall not modify, cancel, extend, renew or otherwise change in any manner any of the terms, covenants or conditions of any of the Contracts affecting the Property or enter into any new agreement affecting the Property, without the prior written consent of Purchaser, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed;

No Modification to Contracts. Seller shall not consent to materially modify, cancel, extend, renew or otherwise materially change in any manner any of the terms, covenants or conditions of any of the Contracts affecting the Property or enter into any new agreement affecting the Real Property, without the prior written consent of Purchaser, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, provided, however, Seller shall be permitted to enter into any new agreement that may be terminated prior to Closing, at the Seller’s sole cost and expense;
