No Modification to Leases. Borrower shall not modify or agree to modify any material term of any Lease to which it is a party without the written consent of Agent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. For purposes of this Section 6.12, material Lease terms shall include, without limitation, terms relating to lease payments, maturity and the amount and scope of the lessee's insurance coverage.
