No Modification to Leases. No Borrower shall modify or agree to modify any material term of any Lease of Equipment financed or refinanced hereunder to which it is a party without the written consent of Agent, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld. For purposes of this Section 6.11, material Lease terms shall include, without limitation, terms relating to lease payments, maturity and the amount and scope of the lessee’s insurance coverage.
