No Modification, Waiver or Release Without Writing. Except as may otherwise be expressly set forth herein, this Guaranty may not be modified, amended, revised, revoked, terminated, changed or varied in any way whatsoever, nor shall any waiver of any of the provisions of this Guaranty be binding upon Lender, except as expressly set forth in a writing duly executed by Lender. No waiver by Lender of any default shall operate as a waiver of any other default or the same default on a future occasion, and no action by Lender permitted hereunder shall in any way affect or impair Lender's rights or the obligations of Guarantor under this Guaranty.
