No Monthly Advances. Except as otherwise set forth in the related Assignment, Assumption and Recognition Agreement with respect to Mortgage Loans included in a Securitization Transaction, the Servicer shall not be required to advance for prepayment interest shortfalls, compensating interest on payoffs or delinquent payments to investors which require scheduled interest and scheduled principal payments each month.
