No Monthly Remittance Report. Borrowing Base Certificate or Commercial Paper Remittance Report (each if prepared by the Borrower or the Servicer, or to the extent that information contained therein is supplied by the Borrower or the Servicer), information, exhibit, financial statement, document, book, record or report furnished or to be furnished by the Borrower or the Servicer to the Agent or the Lender in connection with this Agreement is or will be inaccurate as of the date it is or shall be dated or (except as otherwise disclosed in writing to the Agent or the Lender, as the case may be, at such time) as of the date so furnished, and no such document contains or will contain any material misstatement of fact or omits or shall omit to state a material fact or any fact necessary to make the statements contained therein not misleading.
