Common use of No Mortgage Clause in Contracts

No Mortgage. Developer shall not: (i) record or file any mortgage or financing statement covering all or any portion of the Project Site, the Project, or the materials to construct the Project, in any public office, except financing statements in favor of the Payment Rights Purchaser; or (ii) cause or permit any such mortgage or financing statement to be recorded or filed.
