No Multiple Adjustments Sample Clauses
No Multiple Adjustments. If an adjustment is made upon the establishment of a record date for a distribution subject to subsection (a), (b) or (c) of this Section 8 and such distribution is subsequently canceled, the Warrant Number then in effect shall be readjusted, effective as of the date when the board of directors of the Company determines to cancel such distribution, to that which would have been in effect if such record date had not been fixed. To the extent the Warrants become convertible into cash, no adjustment need be made thereafter as to the amount of cash into which such Warrants are exercisable. Interest will not accrue on the cash.
No Multiple Adjustments. In the event of any one circumstance which may give rise to an adjustment of the total number of Unissued Exchange Units under one or more of Sections 2.9(a) through 2.9(e) above, Enterprise GP may only apply the provisions of one of such paragraphs if necessary in order to avoid unreasonable results given the circumstances, such determination to be made in Enterprise GP’s good faith and reasonable discretion; provided, however, that a series of steps in a transaction or action shall not be considered one circumstance for the purposes of this Section 2.9(g).
