No Municipal Services. It is agreed that during the term of this Agreement, the City is under no obligation to provide any governmental, proprietary or other municipal services to the affected area. Specifically, but without limitation, it is agreed that the City shall not be required to furnish (1) sewer or water service, (2) police protection, (3) fire protection (4) road or street repairs, and (5) garbage pickup service.
