No Non-Competition Agreement. From and after the date hereof until the Closing, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries shall enter into any contract, agreement, arrangement or understanding containing any provision or covenant that purports to, or could reasonably be expected to, limit in any respect the ability of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co.
