No Non-Competition Agreement. From and after the date hereof until the Closing, neither the Company nor any of its Subsidiaries shall enter into any contract, agreement, arrangement or understanding containing any provision or covenant that purports to, or could reasonably be expected to, limit in any respect the ability of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx & Co. Inc., Parent or any of their respective Affiliates to (i) sell any products or services of or to any other Person or in any geographic region, (ii) engage in any line of business, (iii) compete with or obtain products or services from any Person or (iv) provide products or services to the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.
