No Non-Permitted Use. AquaBounty hereby covenants that it shall not, nor shall it permit any Affiliate or, if applicable, (sub)licensee, to use or practice, directly or indirectly, any Intrexon IP, Intrexon Channel Technology, or Intrexon Materials for any purposes other than those expressly permitted by this Agreement.
