Common use of No Nuisance and Disturbance Clause in Contracts

No Nuisance and Disturbance. not use the Said Bungalow or the Common Areas or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Project/Said Block and/or the neighbouring properties and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other persons.

No Nuisance and Disturbance. not Not use the Said Bungalow said Apartment or the Common Areas common areas or the Parking Space, if any, or permit the same to be used in such manner or commit any act, which may in any manner cause nuisance or annoyance to other occupants of the Project/Said Block and/or the neighbouring properties Project and not make or permit to be made any disturbance or do or permit anything to be done that will interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other personsothers.
