No Nuisance, Overloading or Waste. The Tenant will not, at any time during the Term, carry on or permit to be carried on, in the Premises or elsewhere in the Building anything which is noxious or offensive, and will not do or permit to be done anything whatsoever any time during the Term upon the Premises or elsewhere in the Building which would annoy, disturb, or cause nuisance or damage to the occupiers or owners of Lands and Premises adjoining or in the vicinity of the Premises. The Tenant will not permit any overloading of the floor of the Premises or elsewhere in the Building and will not place thereon any heavy object without the prior written consent of the Landlord. The Tenant will not cause any waste or damage to the Premises.
