NO NUISANCE PERMITTED. Lessee covenants and agrees not to maintain any nuisance on the Demised Premises or permit any noxious odors to emanate from the Demised Premises which shall be in any manner injurious to or endanger the health, safety and comfort of the persons residing or being in the vicinity of the Demised Premises.
