No Obligation to Act on Unsatisfactory Notice. The Trustee shall incur no liability under this Agreement for any failure to act pursuant to any notice, direction or any other communication from any Asset Manager, the Company, the Named Fiduciary, the Administrative Committee, or any other Person or the designee of any of them unless and until it shall have received instructions in form specified in this Article XIV.
