Common use of No Obligation to Alter Clause in Contracts

No Obligation to Alter. Except as specifically provided elsewhere in this Lease, Landlord shall have no obligation whatsoever to after, remodel, improve, repair, decorate, or paint the Building, the Premises or any part thereof. Tenant affirms that Landlord has made no representations to Tenant about the condition of the Premises or the Building, except as specifically herein set forth.
