No Obligation to Comply Sample Clauses

No Obligation to Comply. None of the Whitehall Sellers or the GMH Sellers shall be obliged to cure any defects in the Property or violations of law with respect to the Property, or to make any capital improvements to the Property or repairs to the Property. Between the Effective Date and the Closing Date, the GMH Sellers will advise Purchaser of any written notice GMH Sellers receive after the Effective Date from any Governmental Authority relating to or in connection with the Property’s violation of any law or municipal ordinance, order or requirement.
