No Obligation to Continue Position as an Employee. Neither the Company nor any Subsidiary or affiliate thereof is obligated by or as a result of this Agreement to continue to have the Grantee as an employee and this Agreement shall not interfere in any way with the right of the Company or any Subsidiary or affiliate thereof to terminate the Grantee as an employee at any time, except to the extent expressly provided otherwise in a written agreement between the Company or a Subsidiary or affiliate thereof and the Grantee.
