NO OBLIGATION TO EXECUTE ORDERS. 1. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that Directa has no ob- ligation to execute orders placed by the Customer for amounts ex- ceeding the Customer’s available buying power, as determined by Directa at its sole discretion. Directa will notify the Customer with an on-line communication of its no-acceptance of the order.
