No Obligation to Exercise Option. The City shall have no obligation to exercise any option granted it under this Agreement. In no event shall the City become in any way liable or obligated to the Owner or any successor-in-interest to the Owner by reason of its option to purchase under Sections 10 and 17 nor shall the City be in any way obligated or liable to the Owner or any successor-in-interest to the Owner for any failure to exercise its option to purchase.
