No obligation to make further advances. (a) The Banking Facilities granted or to be granted to the Borrower will be reviewed by the Bank from time to time and at any time. (b) Nothing in this Assignment will be deemed to impose an obligation on the Bank to make or continue to make any advances or to afford any other accommodation or facility to the Borrower.
